Cosmoprof 2013 Wrap Up: Herbalosophy Launch

In the wake of several consecutive successful years of launching and redefining brands at Cosmoprof North America (the continent's premier business-to-business trade show for the professional beauty industry), Version-X once again was chosen to establish and debut a new brand.

With Cosmoprof serving as the formal launching site of Herbalosophy, the client wanted to ensure they made a strong first impression. We were the natural choice for the task, based on our past successful exhibits for numerous prominent hair care brands.

Our main goal for the booth was to create an environment that would not only stand out as original, but also reflect the voice and tone of this natural, herb-based brand.

Preparation is everything so we created and worked with 3D renderings to enable us to plan the best configuration for the client’s needs. The renderings also helped the client visualize the booth and fully comprehend our vision.

We really wanted to create an environment for the brand that was unique as well as inviting. In keeping with the healing herbal properties of the brand, we displayed herbs along with old-world tools used to extract their oils and convert them into powders. Every element displayed was essential in conveying the brand message and needed to be just right, so we took our own staff to the show in order to ensure that the set up of our vision was perfect. The details of the booth decoration were spectacular and really drove home the story of the brand impressively.
